3 Eligibility Requirements

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳32,000 earns the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, for a total of ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer applies only once per individual, household, or IP address.
• Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable — withdrawal is only possible after the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, f888 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.
• f888 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Gameplay & Fair Use

f888 is a fair play platform. The following rules must be followed by all users to ensure a balanced and enjoyable gaming environment.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots, scripts, automation software, or any AI-based tools.
• Collaborating with other users or across multiple accounts of your own to gain bonuses or winnings.

• Any fraudulent attempt to influence game outcomes.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or any other technical issue, f888 will treat its server records as the authoritative evidence for final settlement of that session. In the event of a discrepancy between server records and a user's device records, the server records will take precedence.

6.3 Sports Betting Special Rules

In cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports betting, bet outcomes are determined based on the official result of the relevant event. In the event of a match being cancelled, abandoned, or suspended by official order, f888 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable policy.
